Question for you - for an off plan project for a 1 bed apartment , would you pick siniya island or somewhere within the dubai city limits for a budget of 1.5M AED max. Asking coz, siniya will be an exclusive island project far off from dubai - so doesn’t it pretty much cuts off the long term rentals out of the equation. ? Which is a better pick in terms of ROI? Your insights will be much appreciated .

As of today Type C is selling well due to bigger built up and majlis. Type A has huge backyard and looks good aesthetically. Thank you for your inputs.

Type A has a double height ceiling from the living area and Type B has a double height ceiling from the dining area.. Type C has no double height ceiling.. In Dubai agents don't exactly go into the technical factors.. more into superficial factors.. Oasis can't be a comparison it should be with Marjan Island..

I prefer discussing these details over meetings or zoom calls. I cannot discuss three 4 bedrooms layouts in 1 video. You can correct me if i am misrepresenting things in any way. Type C is selling well. Marjan island does not have a product that compares with Siniya in any way. I am giving my opinion on my channel, you have every right to differ. Thanks for your inputs.
