During the Madden era (as well as before and after) the Raiders had a balanced offense. A great OL and run game utilizing both the HB and FB as ball carriers. A great passing attack featuring the Long ball, as well as inside routes and great TE play. It was truly something to see for a period of years. Those were the days…🏴‍☠️

the first thing i herd him say was he is going to build his offense around his players strengths. it sounds obvious but the last time i herd our play caller say that was Bill Musgrave and that was the 12 win season where derek almost won the MVP. Since then we have had system guys.

The Chip Kelly player Raiders should draft. I agree game manager at QB is important Will Howard has all the quality's in an NFL QB his 40 dash time is slow at 4.85 maybe but he 6'4 235 his PROPECT RANK is n#9 at QB/ Milrose runs 4.6 Rank n#3 QB / Sanders 4.6 dash QB n#2/Dart 4.85 dash time QB n#5 / Ward 4.87 dash QB n#2/. Dillion Gabriel 4.83 dash QB n#8. Aidan O'Connell, the quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders, ran a 4.70-4.75 second. We don't want to draft a player slower than Aiden. I think we get Milrose at 4.6 40 dash. Fields ran a blistering 4.45 seconds in his 40-yard dash. If were drafting QB in at n#6 in draft I'd go by 40 dash time and n#3 which is our pick to get Milrose. He can learn to manage the Kelly system with everyone else same time development. Nobody going yo draft Will Howard before 3rd or later he just not that good yet theirs 9 other QB ahead of him ranked better in draft

Man, how many Raider fans are going to be pissed off if Aidan is the Raiders starting QB. You can hate him all you want, but no rookie QB the Raiders draft will move the offense like Aidan can. Kelly, won't be able to ignore Aidans ability to read defenses and accuracy. I'm all for drafting Will Howard and sitting him.
