We entered the season with 2 backup QBs & no outright starter. AOC has potential but he’s not there yet. Not many couches are gonna win in that situation on top of all the key injuries so AP deserved another year.

This is my guy. Watched a lot of film on him. Good point that he takes a lot of first options, he will need to work on that but that being said he has tons on intangibles you can’t coach. Hope the Raiders get Jeanty round 1 and Dart round 2. Would be sick if we could get Wells in the 4th. Don’t think we will be able to get Harris .

U can say he was put in position to fail all you want. But he made it worse. This is a 8 to 9 win roster with a decent coach. He made the team look way worse with his lack of leadership and bad game management

He acted like a child the entire year constantly deflecting blame and not taking accountability for his bad coaching and constantly making bad decisions. If you have a spider problem. Telesco had a horrible free agency. Bringing in Minshew and getting rid of JJ for Madison destroyed our offensive identity. Telesco took the offense that got JMD fired and made it WORSE. Worse QB room. Worse RB room. Yet AP was supposed to win with NO QB1 in a QB driven league. Telesco set AP up for failure and was in rebuild mode, not win now. Minshew vs Mahomes, AOC vs Mahomes yet AP supposed to win, mfz delusional!
