When I was teaching myself to code, the thing that really helped me was printing out the job posting for my ideal role, and writing a deadline date on it as to when I hoped to get that job, or just make the career switch. Then, I taped it in front of my desk where I saw it everyday. Kept me going lol. I made the switch one month before that deadline!

I learned thru research Python is a general-purpose programming language, so it can be used for many things. Python is used for web development, AI, machine learning, operating system. Which one did you choosed to code in . if Im even asking it correctly. I feep python coding and coding is two different things still.

What type of computer (preferably cheap) do you think works best for coding? I have a chromebook but I would like to upgrade.

I actually got started on a Chromebook with Ubuntu downloaded! However if you will be using a downloaded text editor or IDE I think that most basic laptops will do. My suggestion is to go with something with a comfortable keyboard and a good amount of space so that you don't run into problems as you start saving large coding files. In my experience the average computer is suited for getting started in code.

Absolutely! I believe things like that may already exist (like the chips placed in animals at shelters). I would look into the tech of those chips and see what languages are used to program them.

Daniel! No need to cuss bro! For some people the hard part is the getting started and prepped which is the point of this video. But You can 100% code anything on a Mac that you can on a PC. Most of the devs I know and myself use them.
