I'm considering moving in a year or two but into an apartment I love Richmond but I'm from rural Georgia so I'm definitely looking more into the rural part

Awesome! Just FYI there aren't as many apartment buildings in the more rural areas so you may have to compromise on location while you rent. You might be able to find a single family home to rent in the country though. We will be doing some upcoming videos on rentals around Richmond so stay tuned!

One would think the presence of universities and corporate HQ would ensure a good public transit system, or better parking. Any thoughts to why those elements of Richmond are so dysfunctional? (My daughter is at VCU: just driving into downtown is a painful experience. No city planning?)

I honestly don't know what you are talking about. We have been so busy with real estate work that I haven't had time to even log into KZbin for weeks. Look at when our last video was uploaded. I am going through now responding to comments just to catch up. I haven't deleted any comment made by you, or by anyone ever. This video is from so long ago I don't even know what reference to GRTC I made, but I can take a guess and say it wasn't positive. I would stand by that.
