yeshh I've been wondering how much condensed milk to put in my coffee lol
@MrVLeAsian5 жыл бұрын
@@sahayeda5220 The real honest answer is, as much as you want. It really depends on your own taste preferences since it's fairly hard to get Vietnamese coffee wrong (especially since it's not incredibly common to find whole bean). Every place I've ordered a Vietnamese coffee from has made it differently, with various ranges of bitterness and sweetness (despite there only being about two or three different brands of coffee actually being used).

Great video to get people into the world of coffee! But be aware youll come across way more technical difficulties because you should be more precise when it comes to grind size (that means dialing in your grind setting to not have a too sour or too bitter cup), amount of coffee and amount of water (adjusting strength to your taste) and the technique. Especially watching the espresso clip their Espresso ran out too quickly resulting in a sour cup because of underextraction.

Some people tend to not like the taste of most coffees out there since not many people know about the many different methods out there so things as Americano and espresso (to give an example) have a strong kick that not many people actually like or enjoy, why don't you try finding the right cup of coffee for your taste, I am sure there's a flavor out there waiting for you to try :)
@sharkvin4 жыл бұрын
@@e.c5948 I do know what kind of coffee I like. Usually I go for the darker and slightly more bitter/nutty flavor notes. Since this post I explored coffee more and I actually appreciate it alot. And I really enjoy a cup in the morning of after work to wind down. I haven't tried the different brewing methods yet. Dont really know where to start and dont have the equipment. Now I either do drip brew or I take an Nespresso. All in all I am really happy I dove deeper into the world of coffee. But all in all I like tea more. But I think its also to tradition that goes with it (I'm Chinese 😅). Although I have been drinking more coffee then tea lately 😅. What kind of coffee do you like and what kind of brewing method?
@e.c59484 жыл бұрын
@@sharkvin I am happy to hear you have found something that works for you! I usually go for a cold brew if I am at home (I brew my own coffee and it's easier than you think) I like to brew it for 24 hours so the bitterness goes away and some sweetness comes out, but if I am not home I tend to go for something soft like a latte since most of the time I am short of time so I just get what I am familiar with and if not I tend to try any specially of the place and actually I am a big tea drinker too, my morning are not complete without my hot cup of tea in the morning (I normally use mint leafs, lemon slices, ginger, cinnamon) if I am not home I pick early grey, green tea or I adventure and try new flavors (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
