I know this is a year old but you do actually see bobcat employees during prologue: the guy in the depot who you take hostage, jaspers, and the dead guard at the bank entrance in the hut. To add, Bobcat is probably a money courier, considering they use stockades and those stockades are parked outside a money depot.

Dunno if this was mentioned, but technically you do see Bobcat employees, each guard in the prologue is an employee to the company, so as stated in the wiki. The first one in the lobby features a winter coat with the logo, even the vault guard is also one. Theres also a shot employee in the booth at the gate (presumably shot by Micheal, Trevor, or Brad upon earlier entry) who is also a Bobcat employee.

I wish we could get the Police Stockade seen in GTA 4 in 5 Online. Y’know, the one LCPD used for prisoner transport and whatnot. Stockades are cool trucks!
