Through action, a Man becomes a Hero Through death, a Hero becomes a Legend Through time, a Legend becomes a Myth And by learning from the Myth, a Man takes action His wrath bore no yield. His will knew not the limits of a mere man. His scowl showed no concern for the heathens of this heinous battlefield. There he stood. Alone. One against one-thousand soldiers of the Empire's unholy battalion. The violent storm brewing around him, the rain falling with the velocity of a million arrows, the wind howling and gusting pass him with the brute force of a battering ram. His eyes gazing into the entire landscape of fallen soldiers from both sides of this accursed war, and then into the battle-ready soldiers that exchanged their own contemptuous leers. Not another moment was wasted. He charged forth, mighty sword in hand, into the heart of the legion, with one loud, thunderous roar. His power was incomprehensible. One by one, each soldier falling before the legendary champion like leaves in the autumn cold. His swiftness was untraceable. The soldiers lost sight of him as quickly as they gained it, before falling to his fury. His courage was unrivaled. The spears and swords intimidated him not, gladly welcoming the danger they would bring, for the danger he brought would soon quell their existence. The wicked feared him. The righteous honored him. The gods blessed him... with the Strength of a Thousand Men. if you made it this far SIR/MAM YOU ARE THE LEGEND!

No. Rather, it is a interweaving, beautiful tale, of great deeds, heroic last stands and timeless romance. Of such unsurpassable depth and beauty, it surpasses the greatness of both myth and reality, legend and life. An underdog's tale, a tale of the dregs of society ascending into prominence, or of a tragic figure, borne in bitter irony and ill fortune. It is the catalyst, the inspiration, for all who succeed it, and the evolution of those that preceed. It is the ultimate story, the apex of literature; one which shall invoke all manner of feeling, to move and fill with emotion all who lay their eyes upon it. It is a masterpiece.

Well I have found this some 2 years ago, and I'm now 52. And I was just carried away. Somewhere, beyond the horizon. Where everyone is kind, strong and brave. Where one can trust his brother in arms, and know that if he falls, another will rise the banner high. I even saw some glimpse of Winterfell, or maybe that was Rivendale... So yes, we're all in the same boat here, regardless of age, religion or race... Running from the dull routine of every day, towards the horizon, towards misty mountains and shadowy valleys...

For me, it sounds so familiar. Like it's on the back of my memories somewhere but I just couldn't find it. A dusty old and ragged bookshelf. And a couple of years later a book suddenly fell on me as I rediscovered it once again. Revealing those old memories of the bittersweet childhood filled with laughter and hope. I stood up and looked through the window while admiring the sunset as the birds were chirping. Thus I opened the window and a gust of wind billowed onto my face while I murmured to myself "Maybe it ain't that bad after all". I closed the book and put it where it belongs on the shelf filled with memories. Stepping out of the room I started to see things differently. Everything looked so vibrant as I sat by the river and began to admire those that have been beside me. The ray from the sun felt so comfortable as it reminds me of the past. I still remember the comfort of my mother tugging me back to sleep. She puts the blanket on me while humming a soft lullaby. The crackling sound of the firepit or was it the tippy tap of the rain hitting the roof? I can't tell while was half asleep. I closed my eyes while being accompanied by the lullaby. I can't see anything and was brought back to the river. It was already dark as the only source of light was the moon and the ocean of stars filled the sky. I stood up and began to head inside. I saw an unused firepit inside the chimney and decided to light it. Singing the lullaby with a cup of warm coffee beside me reminds me of my mother. I cry while on the couch but still continue to humming the melody. I remember her last few words "Cry if you're sad, eat if you're hungry, rest if you're tired, and find someone if you need comfort as I won't be able to look after you no more in this world. Never hold on to the past but keep it in your memories as it is an important lesson you will ever be taught". A couple drops of tears fell from my chin and dropped onto the cushion. I watch the droplet seeps into the cushion while also shedding more tears. I wipe my face with the shirt sleeve and ran back to retrieve the book. Mother mentions the past contains lessons thus I started to educate myself in the hope to shape a bright future for me and those around me. I'm currently on a journey to see the world from a whole new perspective. Appreciate life as we all should. The journey has only just begun and what I seek is beyond those horizons. I will reach it, hold it, never letting it slip away as I will pass it on to generations to come. Once it's all over, carve my words in people's hearts for they shall know my name and my legacy. Carry it and passed it on. Life is short and all things shall die thus cherish it while you still can As for me, who knows. I might be the one sitting next to you right now. Am I who's laughing at the back of the bus? Or an alter ego who seeks attention from the public view? It doesn't matter. But if you do see someone use this account in public, "Hi, nice to meet you. Would you like a cup of coffee? My treat of course"

Sometimes, the only way to *STOP* a thing is to stop the breath of those who refuse to live *WITHOUT* that thing. A man looks after his own. And if the only thing which will stop those who wish harm upon his, is war? Then those enemies shall *HAVE* war, and they shall have EARNED it.

Odd Poem that I wrote while listening.... With a raging fire in my burning heart, I look onto the world and all I see is art. For everything that is set apart from the cruelty of our minds, gives vision to the blind. Every word is gentle and kind, yet they turn and dont seem to mind the fire, which sparks each and every thing they so desire. They run, and they run, until they cant take it anymore, they settle the score, they turn their peaceful garden into a bloody war. The friend's soon turn into bloodshed, everything turns to a barren waste land. Until, one of them decides to stand; For not a soul knew what he had planned, they stared at him in shock as he ran into the flames, facing them head on, they all turned and said their goodbyes, only to realize, the fire is what kept him alive. Everything collapsed and only he remained with blood smeared upon his face he gazed upon the land, and with his bare feet he stepped unto the sand. To this day, nobody knows what has become of his land, all we know is to take his hand, and face the fire, face the fire's burning heat, because if you do you will be the only one who survives, you shall stand tall.
