There's no way they shelve avengers for 5+ years, especially after the last two avengers movies made 2+ billion each. That's why I'm even more excited for phase 5, I'm pretty certain we'll see f4, something to do with mutants, majority of the movies that were mentioned in the video and for sure an avengers movie. The way they set up phase 4 will allow them to do that.

7:27 Like I keep saying, I think that the Dark Avengers probably won't appear until after (or during?) Thunderbolts. It wouldn't make a lot of sense, otherwise. New or Young Avengers is more likely, especially now that Kate Bishop is confirmed and Cassie Lang is now in the right age range.

I think there's a 90% chance this is accurate but anyone could guess logical movies, and I think if anything they equal the amount of movies/shows in phase 5 so we'll probably get others as well like Nova, Spiderman 3, a New/Young Avengers or even Namor, Moon Knight, or a Weapon X film. The 3rd Spider Man film will come out in 2021. bc the idea for the trilogy is for Peter to be in HS for 3 years, and for Tom not to aged too much, that’s why they release a movie every 2 years(after Homecoming). But, Sony will announce that, is not for Disney/Marvel Studios to announce.

On the note of it being 5 years before another "Avengers" title, this could be so we as viewers can catch up to the time skip that took place in Endgame. MCU movies have (for the most part) taken place around the same time they were released. Maybe they are dabbling in these multiverses and prequels to bide their time so we can catch up to the movie timeline?

Think you are right. Both Endgame and Spiderman Far From Home were set in the year 2023, so the third Spiderman and the next Avengers would only come out once we have caught up chronologically in real time. That way Peter Parker can still be in school as it would still be 2023 in the 3rd movie and possibly 2023 in real time when the movie is released. The next Avengers can then come after that.

Sony Pictures controls the release dates for Spidey films as part of the deal. They say they are (supposedly) gonna try to release one every 2 years for a total of 9 films (3 trilogies). So most likely we'll have Spider-Man 3 in July 2021 and Spider-Man 4 in July 2023. There's rumors about Green Goblin being the next big bad, so this could be a good opportunity. That also means we'll get Spider-Man 5 in 2025, Spider-Man 6 in 2027, Spider-Man 7 in 2029, Spider-Man 8 in 2031, and Spider-Man 9 in 2033. They're trying to age his character up with trilogies for high school (1-3), university (4-6), and adult years (7-9). But just remember, everything I told you is all rumors, speculation and leaks, so don't take my word for it. It could be all bullcrap, but maybe not. I can't wait to see what's coming next though, since the Infinity Saga was so good.

K1NG Savage_11 I forget what months the TASM movies came out, but Garfield was born in August of 1983. If we are going just by year, then he was 29 in 2012 when TASM came out and 31 in 2014 when TASM 2 came out. I’m fine with an older character playing spidey if you show the older years like the PS4 video game did or Rami did in Spider-Man 2. TASM and TASM 2 made a Garfield in his 30s play Spidey as a high schooler (one of about a billion things they did that made no sense.) I’m down with an older version of Spidey, but let’s let the actor play the role at an age close enough to their own. No one wants a 31-year-old actor playing a 16-year-old Spidey.

Do you think, phase 5 would be classified into 2 separate line up? one with G-PG-13 and be distributed with the disney logo while the other line up consist of R rated movies but without the disney distribution and with marvel studious and the 20th Century Fox logo? and the R rated line up have their own separate dates other than the marvel-disney one. Imagine blade and deadpool in that slate and avengers/ BP2/ FF, etc. in the Disney MCU slate. Over all, I wouldn't mind that because they would be still in the same MCU but with censorship.
