But here's just a few you missed (might have been mentioned in the comments already): -Spider-Man became Spider-Lizard in Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man #34-40, where during a fight with the Lizard and the Iguana he was exposed to an unshielded "Enervator" (a device Curt Connors made to help him in his investigation of cell-regeneration). He used the Enervator not only drains the power from the Lizard and puts it in the Iguana, killing it, but it also transferred Lizard's mutation to himself, giving him the powers, and the feral nature, of the Lizard. It took Connors in human form to cure Spider-Man with Peter's own Lizard cure, ironically enough. -In Amazing Spider-Man #437, Peter was transformed into a very similar Man-Spider creature to the 90's animated series (most likely because the Man-Spider arc was aired around the same time), however this mutation was caused by Plant Man's spores. Interestingly, he kept his intelligence, which arguably makes him more powerful than any of the other Man-Spiders created. -Peter also becomes a Man-Spider in Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man #9 in an alternate universe where Aunt May died in an accident, and later somehow transformed due to a chain reaction of his universe's still-alive Uncle Ben being displaced to the main continuity. This Man-Spider however was so violent that he was apparently able to defeat and kill the Avengers, X-Men, and several other heroes, unable to be defeated. -In Marvel Team-Up Volume 4 #1 and 2 (only released earlier this month actually), Peter switched bodies with Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel, giving him all her abilities of morphogenetics. -Spider-Man did turn into Spider-Hulk one other time in main continuity, in 1990's Web of Spider-Man #70, where he has the more iconic "green-skin-torn-though-costume" look. He becomes this basically the same way as Spider-Lizard, getting in a fight with Hulk and blasted with a science dohicky (the Biokenitic Energy Absorber, apparently), however the solution was just as simple as blasting Spidey with the machine again at the end of the story. -Finally, Spider-Man: Edge of Time also introduced an older, 2099 version of Peter Parker who might of had an "extra power". it's described that due to regular injections of an anti-aging serum, he can extend his lifespan to an almost unlimited degree without the need for the serum. However, this can technically be debunked as a super power, because the game then undoes this explanation by commenting that during the time Edge of Time's story is set, Peter actually needs to rely on the serum again or he ages to dust, so we never actually see this "power". Also, the serum actually significantly weakened his original spider powers, and he required an Exo-suit in his final fight with Miguel O'Hara to be on a more level playing field, so technically it did more harm than good. In the comic Deadpool/Amazing Spider-Man/Hulk: Identity Wars issue 1, we see a Peter Parker so powerful that he defeated thanos but later in the story we see that he is so powerful because he absorbed the lives of other spider-men form other dimensions.

Spider man and Hulk switched bodies by Mesmero not Loki. S.H.I.E.L.D wanted to make the Hulk a smarter person, like in Endgame. This fails as Mesmero tries to make the Hulk even angrier. Spider-Man jumps in to cover the Hulk’s eyes. But Spider-Man is hypnotised and the two swap bodies.
