Even when we are 4 years since this routine took place i still consider this hoop exercise totally breathtaking and without doubts the best i have ever seen. Actually, I am not surprise at all that Zhenya has got the perfect score with this routine. You are a legend, Kanaeva :)

@@anibalopina Her 2015 hoop routine was amazing, but all of her routines feel so vacant without body difficulty. Like I just re-watched Kanaeva's ball routine from the qualifications of the 2012 Olympics and it's pretty startling how much more difficulty she had than Kudryavtseva. Quadruple ring pivots, perfect backscale pivots, incredible leaps, literally everything pushing the limits of what's possible in rhythmic gymnastics with flawless execution.

@@rhythmicmusicswap4173 despite having better handling apparatus, Kanaeva was more complete than Yana, she did everything and I'm sure that if Kanaeva would have competed under the 2013 code would have shine through, but Kudryavtseva in a code more sided to BD would have been an outcast and Mamun and Soldatova would have top her, Yana had a beautiful handling of the apparatus with hands but nothing else, there other gymnasts like Staniouta, Vladinova even Mamun performing apparatus manipulation with other parts of the body and most of it was not highlighted as Yana's handling despite being also hard to perform

@@patem7379 well, we both know that when we are talking about Kanaeva especially, we share lot of opinions. Kanaeva is probably the most complete ever gymnasts ever, she is probably the only one who could have competed under any CoP still win or being on the Top, and my love for her both as a gymnast and person is immensely. I know Yana too didn't have the same range of BD, although when she was a junior she perfomed way more BD and was even able to do backscale pivot (I think it was purely a choice to got more points). But personally while I consider kanaeva the best and most complete gymnasts ever, I will always have a soft spot for Yana, I totally think she revolutionized in her own way rhythmic, and when we are talking about perfect execution I think she is still the standard. Ps sorry if I ask you, but on my channel I tried just for fun, a what if..., some rhythmic music swaps, If you want I would like to see your opiniob to improve.

Please, I don't think she is perfect (since nobody is), but who else has that level of difficulty combined with grace? This is why nobody questions Kanaeva like kabaeva so you people need to let it go since there is no proof of Viner actually buying the Judges even back then.

I honestly think Kanaeva is the most respected gymnasts, especially from Russia, not only because she was able to win what no one was, or because she is still one of the most balanced gymnasts ever, and could compete under all CoPs on her peak, but because she won nearly all her medal deserving it (AA, and olympics no one question it, maybe only ribbon 2009) but because she is probably the humblest and hardworking, and if you think how much arrogant is Kabaeva.... Oh well

except that Kondakova maybe not be competing in the Olympics as she is injured at the moment , the second Russian spot will either go to Daria Dmitrieva or Merkulova. I prefer Dmitrieva to replace Kondakova over the Merkulova :/

No creo sea eso, más bien creo es mas consciente que aunque es la mejor sus notas estan un poco infladas de la realidad, porque reconoce su tecnica, sus enlaces, la virtuosidad pero para nada irreal.

Después de Beijing 2008.. Las notas de Kanaeva fueron irrisorias..el Fouetté En Tournant que ella tiene .dena bastante que desear y hay otras gimnastas que lo realizan bastante mejor.. El dinero de Viner puede mucho.. No por nada esta casada con el 5 hombre más rico del mundo.. Para mi Kanaeva es una muy buena gimnasta.. Pero hay muchas que también lo son .. Pero como no hay dinero de por medio.. No brillan con las irrisorias notas de Kanaeva.!!

Manuel Olivares Fouette an tournant? El fouette de por sí es un giro; quizás haya muchas que lo hacen mejor por ejemplo Delphine Ledoux; pero Kanaeva sigue siendo por mucho la más completa. Y si te referías al salto; lo llaman Jeté an tournant (erróneamente) pues para nada es como el salto realizado en ballet con ese nombre. El salto split con hiperflexión dorsal con giro previo de Kanaeva es uno de los mejores; no retrasa el peso hacia atrás, la altura y distancia son buenas, la técnica es muy precisa y ni hablar de la forma que alcanza en el punto más alto. Para mi los jueces se dejan llevar por el hecho de que ella lo tiene todo; en cada movimiento que realiza ella es una de las mejores realizandolo; no hay comparación con otras gimnastas (la influencia de la escuela rusa de la que hablas se notaba con las notas de Merkulova por ejemplo, con Kabaeva era mas el peso de su nombre; incluso Bessonova solía decir que hay que hacerse de un nombre en la gimnasia para recibir una calificación justa, Rizatdinova clamaba eso para justificar porqué creía que debía haber ganado la plata por sobre Kudryatseva en Río 2016; pues Yana (además del fallo en mazas) no había competido mucho ese año y por lo tanto sus ejercicios no podían ser juzgados adecuadamente.
