This video is GREAT and very helpful. I am the Tenant now dealing with yet another Landlord problem. I have also had an attorney for custody case a few years ago, but 20 years ago i sued a Landlord too, all those times I created my "evidence binder" where I keep everything in chronological order. I insert clear slicks with divider covers labeled "resources, emails and by months" just to divide everything up so it's easier to find. I also then use post-it note tabs for certain things I know i will need to pull out and show.

You sure you don’t cause issue and pay rents on time ?stop playing the victim most landlord wouldn’t evict anyone unless you causing major problems

You will never be able to understand JUST how much you helped me. I save everything & document it all but my first hearing with my landlord was difficult for me since it would take me a minute to find a..b..c. It never occurred to me that I can make an “evidence binder”. Genius. I have court on Friday & now I have all week to organize it all.

What to you do if there are laws that the court is braking and you are getting screwed over

i was served a summons today and was wondering if i should try to request a jury trial since any issues involving the court can only be resolved by the court and by their own terms

agree that tenants should keep their cool while in the presence of others but they are free to go bananas when they are alone as long as they don't damage any property
