Great talk. If AYUSH in collaboration with major health insurers of India launched a digital magazine such as Ayur-Prevention with a focus on preventive health based on traditional concepts the entire customer base of the health insurers will be better informed. Studies have shown people who live a healthy lifestyle have less suffering, and cost less to the healthcare system.A win-win for all stakeholders.

Namasthê. Not a good comment at all. Let me explain why. Âyur-Prevention with a focus on preventive health based on traditional concepts is to prevent health issues. Why is then a Health Insurance needed? If Âyur methods are practised, which increasingly gathering pace in Bhârath, there is need for no Health Insurance. When Âyur ârôgya is part of life, Insurance companies will shut shop, unless, the corporate world finds sinister methods of poisoning foods, to reverse Âyur good effects. Pranâms.

My comment has been totally misunderstood. I was only stating to create awareness on preventive health through a digital magazine. One could partner with anyone to create such an awareness, the idea is to reach a large audience. Reaching the audience of an insurance company was mentioned as an example. Read my comment again. I never spoke about insurance product. Thanks and Pranams.

@@himachalarana3454 Am not in sync with your comment at all. It talks about some supra -ideal world where nobody has any diseases and therefore they dont need health insurance. We are on earth, not in swarga

This is more of an presentation of achievement of Evidence based Ayurveda rather than presentation of something on understanding ayurveda or something practical to take home

Namasthê. You are correctly distinguishing the two sides of the coin. In Ancient Bhârath, the concepts of Evidence based Practices were applied. The evidence treated the cause and never tried to cure the effects. Pranâms.
