This is not what I expected - a B-grade horror flick. This is much better. I love the camera work and the acting. I wonder how many times they rehearsed each scene. Every set very naturally rough-and-ready, not cheesy. Glad too that there was no disambiguation but sufficient glimpses and hints during the climax. Hope the producers make more. finished the flick, better than most found footage stuff, didnt understand the latter part of the film though, went from a fairly good FF movie to some apocalyptic escape theme. Seriously they seem to have gone from the campsite, tot he RV to some underground bunker/lab complex. Still worth a watch.

In all these survival/deep woods horror movies there is always one, sometimes two females in the group who are over dramatic and intolerable, and one of the females is usually lashing out viciously at one particular smart azz male. In reality, I would think most people would nor have the strength or stomach for that kind of fighting and arguing. It’s just something I’ve noticed in a lot of these type movies…..and it takes away from what could be a decent movie.

I live in the country in a trailer park , we have a wooded area next to us , not a large wooded area , but I have never been back in there . City people take their chances of being attacked or terrorized by a wild animal , Iam staying out of any woods . Good movie though for low budget . Thanks for posting !

I was camping with a friend of mine years ago. We went up to the Canadian boarder. I had him so freaked out at night. Having made up a b.s story. Every sound he heard a deer walking or anything else he heard. The look on his face and his where is your gun. Then me saying I left it at home was great. I could not help but smile. I was trying not too. But then he said this is not funny there are bears around here. You left you mag at home. You didn't even bring your Bowie knife. This is not cool man. And then when I did find a pile of Black Bear crap when we were hiking. And said look we are really close to the bear that did this. It's real fresh. It really was a couple of days old. But he believed me it was fresh. He was in a panic and said I am going back to the campsite. I said ok I am going to keep hiking. But hopefully this bear did not go in the direction your going. But if it jumps out yell for me and I will come running. He then swore at me and said fine. Let's just keep hiking but if that bear comes out and mauls me and you. And we survive. I will be telling my wife you caused me to get mauled. And you did not bring the mag or the Bowie knife. I was trying to hold my laugh in. But then would make it sound like a cough. But the next few days I did not say anything to freak him out anymore. And he calmed down and was not freaking out anymore. I told him if a bear did come out. Not to worry. I would be the one dealing with it. And he could head to the jeep. Be one thing if we were in grizzly territory. But there were only black bears. I have been in grizzly territory in Montana at my mountain home while hiking. But would never take anyone camping with me when I go. The chances are very low of being in the area at the same time as one. But the thought of someone else getting hurt or killed going with me. Is not worth having to think about it. But lucky no Sasquatch.😊

I liked the creepy hand held video effects. Kinda like the 'Blair Witch Project' from back in the '80s(?). Adds a real horror effect but it is hard to tell exactly who is behind the Camara sometimes..😂😂😂

Now why hell would you leave safety of the house? I would of went in stall with the horse!! Duh. Since I love horses😊 Makes perfect sense to me. Ok realistic, stay in house that has security bars on windows doors bla bla. THEN I'd go upstairs and get in bed. Then see who, oops, mean what shows up. No brainer smh p.s. good movie. Enjoyed it.
