Vinnie -- Please discuss what happened at the Waterfall Bar that night and review the surveillance video, In testimony, Higgins said that he never talked to John about meeting at the Albert house and that he didn't say goodbye to anyone at the bar. The video clearly shows that, as Higgins is walking toward the exit, Chris Albert grabbed his arm and said something, after which Higgins is seen looking angry, waving his arms and yelling something to John. Not long after Higgins left the bar and went to Brian Albert's house, he texted John, "You commin here???" What was Higgins so angry about and why did he taunt John to go the the Albert house? What was Higgins planning to do when John arrived? If Higgins was so determined to get John there, why did't he text him again when "the guy never went in the house"? I think it's worth discussing.

Lally‘s witness list and their testimonies gave us so much circumstantial evidence that we wouldn’t have had. Hank is doing his fair share of helping also. When she backed into John's car she obviously cracked it. But it was completely intact. When she's leaving and hits the breaks all you see is red. If 47 pieces were missing it would have been shining in our eyes like a high beam. There are no red bulbs. Just white. If you've ever been behind anybody with a broken tail light and they hit the brakes at night you know exactly what I'm talking about. Magically those pieces were there 5 hours after she supposedly hit John. 🙄

The ring camera video proves without a shadow of a doubt that she had nothing whatsoever to do with John's death. At 5:03 to 5:08 AM.- 4 1/2 hours after Karen dropped John off at the party at Albert's property - the tail light was completely intact (except for a crack visible only close up. Karen is seen slightly bumping into the left rear area of John's Traverse in the driveway of his home. John's car can be seen to have moved forward slightly on impact. Karen's exact pathway can be seen by the tracks in the new fallen snow. John's car is known to have been repaired shortly after the incident by someone at the dealership with repainting. This video must be shown and explained to the jury.

And on top of that it was bumper to bumper not taillight to taillight... T he whole purpose of a bumper is that it sticks out further than the rest of the vehicle, so that it takes the impact. You can clearly see that her taillight never touches John's car, and she wasn't going fast enough either. Now what are the odds that, she broke her taillight in an unrelated incident on the same night John is found dead at the side of the road? What are the odds that more than one person was raging at John at the very same time that, Karen was raging at him? Even Karen herself said "you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who didn't like John". Yet she wants a jury to believe that, everyone was out to get John that night, on the same night that she broke her taillight and told John she "F hates him"!! Wake up...she's beyond guilty.

MOTIVE, MEANS & OPPORTUNITY; Higgins in the spotlight! Higgins was the fall guy. Big bad Brian A. and his brother Chris A found the perfect opportunity to goad Higgins into that fight when you look at the analysis of that Waterfall video. Chris & Brian A most likely had talked earlier that day after Higgins & Brian A's long road trip from the NY funeral. Brian A had learned from Higgins of the flirtatious activities and texts between himself & Karen. Higgins most likely read off those texts to Brian A. Brian & Chris A talked or texted and the plan, was to get Higgins to coax John over to 34 Fairview AND to get Colin over to there under the guise of Brian Jrs birthday. For Colin's reason, it was for what John O'Keefe had reported to CPD about Colin's incriminating steroid dealing video. (Recall, JO's communications with Chris earlier that day. JO wanted to know if Kevin A would be at the Waterfall. Why? JO asked this to check the status with Kevin A who was the CPD investigator on that Colin Albert steroid dealing case.) It seems it was pre-planned that Colin would be at 34 Fairview to 'rough up' John O'Keefe, not to mess with the Alberts. Things got out of hand and JO ended up mortally wounded. They put him out on the lawn to die. We all know what really happened to him. To the Alberts, he was out of line to threaten their good standing and reputation in the town of Canton. IMO; it was to rough up JO not to mess with the Alberts so JO would drop the charges against Colin A. Now it's reported that Higgins carried a zip lock baggie of 'something' from CPD the next day. Was that 'something' the thumb drive; the video of Colin's steroid dealing activity that John O'Keefe had turned over to CPD? Was the zip lock baggie from Kevin Albert the investigator? With that thumb drive evidence out of the picture, Colin would not be implicated and therefore would've had no motive to 'rough up' John O'Keefe. It would've messed up Colin's future and college admissions if that steroid dealing video-thumb drive had implicated Colin in felonious activity. He was 17 at the time, old enough to be charged as an adult! This tragedy was orchestrated two-fold. 1) Get Colin over to 34 Fairview to rough up JO, and 2) Coax Higgins into starting a fight at the Waterfall with John O'Keefe over Karen. Brian A did his part in getting JO over to 34 Faiview through fall guy Higgins and Chris A did his part to get Colin over to 34 Fairview! Seems plausible! Higgins; if you're reading this, big bad Brian A played you dirty, dude! He made you the fall guy! He/they manipulated you to fight JO over Karen. To get him over to 34 Fairview and Colin was manipulated by Chris A there, too. Higgins; You better make a plea deal with the Feds. Otherwise the McAlberts will throw you under the bus! Motive...who had the motive, means and opportunity?

It’s to give over findings without finishing the investigation or compromising their investigations so sometimes they probably withhold certain elements to kind of keep their cards closed…. As to not tip anybody off by certain pieces of evidence…. So Plevin (Kevin linnehan) is completely wrong in the fact that because the Commonwealth / defense team received federal documents, and didn’t receive that tidbit of information doesn’t mean that they didn’t find it. The defence did make a preservation order as soon as she was charged. Of course the CW should have saved the video in its original format for the trial because it was supposedly THE MURDER WEAPON. It’s ridiculous that lawyer said they didn’t need to save the video. The defence asked for the evidence and waited OVER a year for ANY evidence from the CW. It was in 2023 before they got anything. Also HOW did the defence not get the sally port video before the trial and HOW is there more video footage from the station if it was all deleted, that means someone saved it all without metadata and the defence expert is told the CW sent over all the footage but more comes out after trial? Suspiciously all the names of those who had previously accessed the footage was MISSING, who deleted that?
