I have a doubt sir said that fir is relevant.for eg given to police officer if in same transaction then under sec 6.my question is as per sec 162 crpc statment to police have limited use i.e.for contradaction etc.so will they be fully allowed to be proved or will only have limited use.

Probably ur answer lies in the fact that fir initates investigation while under sec 162 the statment given r in course of investigation hence sec 162 will not come in picture here. Rather they will be fully admissible

Pranaam Sir !! I have one question. IF " A" Lodges FIR against " B " as a preventive measure that A is having threat from B that he is going to be killed. That FIR is also called as " an Ante Timed FIR". And after some days A is Killed by B. so would that FIR be considered a as Dying Declaration.??
