Overall, the best pork bbq I’ve ever had was at Lexington Bbq in Lexington NC. The Best pork ribs were at Rendezvous in Memphis Tn.

Looks great, but you left me wanting to know more about the owners and the history of their restaurant. Also Lubbock isn't that Buddy Holly's hometown? Would love if you gave a quick drive-by overview of the area . I'm way further than 300 miles away but I would still visit Evie May's and Lubbock. 👍
