How the writers managed to get me to root for Walter one last time is absolutely genius…

one use of the theme song and they used it at the perfect moment. so impactful.

Its sad but jesse needed this heartbreak. He could have easily avoided this if he didn't get into revenge mode on Walt as he himself realised in El Camino. @@leredheadkitty

@anvil958 I understand it had to be done, I just hoped it would have been more of a warning like they did in BCS but these dudes don't mess around.

16:18 - Fun fact, when Bryan Cranston (Walt) hit the window of the car it actually completely shattered. Because they put the wrong kind of glass on it. But the recording cuts RIGHT as it happens. But if you pause at the right time you can still see it happen.
@OneOnOne11629 сағат бұрын
13:30 - My perception for Todd is that he essentially completely empty. He has absolutely no real empathy, but at the same time he's not sadistic either. He doesn't get pleasure out of hurting people, he just doesn't care. And beyond that he's completely transaction. If you do a thing for him, he'll do a thing for you. Jesse helped him to impress Lydia, so Todd rewards him with the ice cream. I think Todd may not have been a bad guy if he'd been raised in a different environment. But he was raised in an environment where violence and murder were completely normal, so he doesn't think twice about it.
@leredheadkitty8 сағат бұрын
Todd is well mannered with no empathy. Complete opposite from Jesse.

20:50 - To be fair, would Junior have believed him? He found out his father had been hiding an entire second life from him where he was a murdering meth cook drug lord. If Walt said that he didn't kill Hank again, Junior would probably just assumes it's another lie.
@Enrique-Garcia5 сағат бұрын
True. Walt had actually already said he didn't kill Hank, when he tried to get Skylar and Junior to get their stuff to leave. So Junior had already made up his mind about Walt killing Hank.

The movie is a continuation of the show. Better Call Saul is mostly a prequel but it’s a slower burn but one that pays and rewards you maybe even better than Breaking Bad. But movie first

I read a review of “BB” by a clinical psychologist who evaluated all of the characters and she deemed Todd to be the one true psychopath on the show.

Andreas death was so dark and fucked up and every time I see a new reaction video to this episode and that exact scene, I shed a tear.. Todd is an absolute Psycho killer no remorse no feeling at all when he shot Andrea in the back of the head
@BusterKay9169 сағат бұрын
15:23 Such a heartbreaking scene. Jesse, enslaved into a fate worse than death, and after losing Jane he is forced to watch dead eyed Todd take out Andrea. Talk about a man with nothing left to lose. And let's not forget Jack reminds him there's still Brock too.

These last few episodes took me, with my emotions already in shambles, and completely destroyed what was left. It's as close to a perfect series as you can get but it's a tough watch, especially the end. Hope you love it as much 😎✌️

Fact is Junior blames Walter for Hanks death, regardless of whether Walt actually did it or not. I'm sure Skyler will tell him that Walt did not actually kill Hank but Junior will still blame him because it was his fault indirectly.

I think Jr meant you got Uncle Hank killed he knows he didn't kill him directly and doesn't care (don't blame him)

Evie talking about better call Saul and el Camino made me think of Mr. Wormald. Mr Wormald: how is this supposed to work? Should I watch better call Saul and then the movie? Or the movie snd better call Saul? I guess it would be easier if I watched them both at the same time. Mike: probably the less talk, the better

What do all criminals have in common from the random street thug to Dr. Walter H. White, Sr.? Ego, impulse control issues & rationalizing violence as the means for their own ends. It's why Walt, Jr. and Skylar are so important to the show.
@Enrique-Garcia5 сағат бұрын
Skylar was already towing that line, though. Remember, "We've already come this far, what's one more?" Had they both stayed in the game, Skylar might have become an equal partner. She was smoking while pregnant, she attacked Walt with the knife, who knows what else she'd be capable of when pushed.

Walter did something bad and not okay? Like what kill a few people? Most of the deaths in this show like Crazy 8, Tuco, Gonzo, Jane, Gus Fring, Spooge were people living a life rooted in drugs. They were bound to die if Walter had or had not cooked meth. Then you have people like Hank, Gomez and the boy on the motorcycle. In these cases Walter didn't pull the trigger. The two times Walter did pull the trigger was for Uncle Jack, a skin head and Mike Ehrmantraut, a former police officer working for Gus. Anyway you slice it these weren't good guys. I know people like to hate on Walt, but I don't think his involvement in the creation of a cleaner drug meant anyone already using drugs had their life altered in anyway. If they were using and suffered negative repercussions, using a cleaner form of it didn't change that. Those dealing it may have had their markets altered, but who's going to stand up and defend them? Walt just wanted a piece of that money to leave his family. Being told you have Cancer can't be easy. In Walt's case it put some perspective on his life. In one of the very early episodes Jesse asks Walt "Tell me why you're doing this.. some straight like you with a giant stick up his ass... all of the sudden going to break bad? If you've gone crazy that's something I need to know about." To that question Walt's answer was "I am awake." Walt being on death's door made him see life differently for the first time. Being as smart as he was on a clock counting down made him dangerous. For us it turned out to be great television. For everyone else, they should have stayed out of his way - - yo.

13:45 it is weird. Todd does seem to have some sort of a heart. Im not sure how to unserstand him bevause he shoots children like nothing but then is a sweetheart to jessee even to walt which is just weird. I think...... i think todd looks up to both jesse and walt. Thats why he acts so nice even though hes a cold blooded murderer. Todd feels like they would understand. Theyed likely do what hes doing if the shoe was on the other foot. I think he even wants some sort of approval from jesse as backwards as that may sound.
@theperfectbalance54829 сағат бұрын
7:15 its not that risky, because hes dying anyway. Once you realize you are going to die. And theres nothing you can do about it. (And im not talking cancer, just in general. You probably have another good 30 years and thats it.) Once that hits you. You finally grow some balls... 🙄
