I really love the detail of the cat walking like that when you out the harness on because it’s exactly what my cats did at first when I tried harnessing them. Wow, they really nailed cat behaviour, when the bot dressed it with that backpack, that's exactly what I expected to happen (expect it takes a few more days for a cat to "get used to it"). If this game was any more realistic, it would feature a frustrated bot saying "common, over here, pst pst pst, don't you want to get out of here?" and the cat sleeping most of the time, doing whatever it wants and just ignoring the bot :D

The city is based on Kowloon Walled City (a giant labyrinthine, densely built and densely populated cityblock in British Hong Kong, originally a Chinese enclave) that was torn down in 1993-1994 after its 33,000 inhabitants had been evicted (many of which had lived there because rent was cheap as the blcok was basically ungoverned. Thankfully an urban photographer had made detailed photographies of the Walled City prior to that (and published a book about it), and interviewed the people who lived there. Contrary to British and Chinese government propaganda that the whole thing was an urban slum full of drug lords and prostitution that needed to be eradicated, he found that while petty crime and Triad activity existed (often supported by corrupt police), the families who lived there were just normal working class people, who had jobs in Hong Kong but lived in Kowloon despite its substandard amenities because had nowhere else to go, but who had built a tightly-knit friendly community. The inhabitants even had little shops in the Walled City, there were dentists and small privately run clinics, barbershops, tiny Mom-and-Pop grocery stores, a private post office. Whole families lived there, from grandmothers to children. People often congregated on the roofs. Over several decades since WW2 there had been unregulated building, people had added additional storeys onto the building blocks (which admittedly sounds like a structural danger, but none of the fused buildings had ever collapsed prior to the whole block been torn down), until the whole Walled City was a giant rectangular, 14 storey high architectural mountain, honeycombed by narrow (often build-over) alleys and staircases inside. It isnt a basic instinct. It is a learned behavior. Most cats in large families wont meow because there ia so much going on in the house(read "the house is so noisy) that it doesn't get them anything.
