I can recall one game where both the hero and the demon king knew each other before they got summoned and decided on a mutual kill because they are tired of the same routine over and over again. The fucking goddess of reincarnation ruined their "vacation" in afterlife though. And forced them to go back to work, so they agreed to cheat the system and swap roles.
