What an amazing ice cream recipe. So detailed and ingenious! I never thought the use of ground coffee and vanilla beans would be so good in chocolate-caramel ice cream. I also love the idea of using hot water and salt poured over ice in order to make the ice cream. The ice cream that comes out is extremely smooth. I cannot describe the flavor of the ice cream after all that work. It's soo delicious, that even eating it with a chocolate sauce made with monkey turds (a recipe also included in the video) would make the ice cream taste better. I love the way the ice cream doesn't only melt in your mouth, but just sticks there, sticking to every crevice there is. It really allows one to continuously experience that wonderful flavor. For anyone who wants to try this recipe, be warned, though. It seems that this KZbinr accidentally wrote the recipe in morse code, so if you want to hear the full recipe, I'm afraid you'll have to listen in closely to hear the correct recipe.

This is the greatest ice cream recipe I have ever heard. I cannot wait to see how this is going to taste. Normally, ice cream recipes ignore the comman person whom may not have all of the fancy machinery. But this is the first one I have seen that takes that into account and offers valid alternative solutions. Basically, this was epic ice cream with no fuss; no muss. Many persons have had the opportunity to experiment with foodstuffs throught human history but as technology progresses we often fail to remember the ways of our foreparents. I could see myself sitting down in the kitchen with my grandfather or even my great great grandparents, just come over from Ireland and Germany and all of us could use this recipe. Bravo to you for taking the extra time to explain how with just a second bag of ice around the bag of cream one can make something as smooth as machine. You can taste the love that was put into this.
