This mangling of the English language by teachers is very common these days. How these people graduate to teach is a mystery. There is a popular English (!!) teacher on TikTok who drives me crazy with her terrible grammar skills, too.

Elementary education is the easiest degree to get. A master’s in education is the easiest graduate degree to get. I have seen teachers use the most abhorrent language such as double negatives and it’s appalling they’re teaching our children. Source: I work in higher education and used to work in a middle school.

In new Zealand we get arrested leaving our dogs in a hot car let alone a child. You are not supposed to leave very young children in cars alone while grocery shopping. If a member of the public makes a complaint you are stuffed

I live in Las Vegas, Nv. Because it gets so hot here, if you see a dog panting in a car you have the right to break the window to get the dog out. You can do that before calling the cops and you won't be charged for the damage to the car. I was in a store one day and I remember an employee was calling over the store intercom saying whomever had their dog in the car better get there before their car window was shattered. A few minutes later I saw a customer calling the cops for protection saying that she left her dog locked in the car and their were some customers surrounding her car and they were pissed at her. Could they please hurry to get there so she could get to her car safely.

As a sign language interpreter, I have been privy to sitting in on interrogations with police for both guilty and innocent people! For crimes that range from petty theft to multiple murders, I'm no expert but I have seen guilty people, in that room and I have seen innocent , I've also also seen victims of the crime, I have been an interpreter for 13 years now and have sat in my fair share of interrogations just like these, never once have I seen, a guilty person, an innocent person or a victim act like this, it's just way tooooo dramatic and convenient. I am by no means an expert, but this lady here may as well have just confessed to the cops, and called it a day. Her acting is almost as bad as her crime!!!
