Yeah, Evil has actually whispered a few times. Her voice is more advanced than Neuro's for now, so she's able to do things like whisper, yell, actually display sarcasm. Her laughs are generally better, plus the way she can occasionally make it sound like she's right up to the mic. It's part of the reason I tend to like Evil a bit more.

Someone said that it's not on the chatters because if Filian really felt uncomfortable doing something, or felt it unsafe, that she wouldn't do it... I literally had to bring up this situation to prove my point! That SHE *_doesn't_* have that amount of sense and is willing to do anything, safety be damned.
