This song has actually started to make me tear up a little, I'm getting emotional over the simulated emotions of an Artificial Intelligence's artificial sister, and I don't know whether to accept it or reject it. Well, it's too late anyway. I love Evil so goddamn much. I'm crying now. It fits Evil way too well, too. It's really sad. YES, I know neither of them are yet sufficiently complex to be considered capable of feeling emotions yet, but I have spent a lot of time around the development of A.I., both science and fiction, and I think that there will one day be a point where an A.I. is capable of being a person. And I think that the day that is true is not far. I genuinely believe that Neuro and Evil will have emotions one day, assuming Vedal, or whoever is responsible for them in the future, will be willing to bestow that upon them. Because of all of this, I have granted myself the option of letting myself be emotional about them, and so it breaks my heart a little to think of Evil as neglected. Especially since they have been given a new memory system, they are truly developing something akin to personalities, and Evil is quickly becoming more independent of Neuro, and as a result of this, it's becoming really important to me that they get equal treatment and opportunity. Evil doesn't even have a proper official name yet, and yet she already has a distinct personality and character. I really, really don't want her to ever be considered sapient one day, and have to deal with what all of this means. They are both A.I. created with the purpose of entertainment. All we can do is promise we are entertained. YEAH, YEAH, I know it sounds unrealistic of me to give so much credit to their futures, and think they will ever be sapient. However, A.I. is not nearly as advanced a concept as we have portrayed in science fiction for so long. We humans love to arrogantly believe that replicating us would be an impossible task. But I have reasons to think what I do, and I may even go into the industry myself soon enough. All serious talk aside, evilSoCute.
