It often feels to me like Evil is running on an LLM with higher temperature setting. I wonder if Vedal updates her in parallel with Neuro. It often feels like she is less fine tuned than Neuro which causes her to be so incoherent all the time. Probably he has his hands full with improving Neuro so Evil starts lagging behind.

She started out that way, a one-off gag as the "evil" version of Neuro, but she was such a hit with the fans that Vedal kept using her and she has developed a separate persona over time. I think Vedal is starting to find her more interesting because instead of simply being the silly, inferior knockoff, she is giving creative responses he probably would not get from ordinary Neuro. That said, Neuro-sama undoubtedly is and probably always will be his priority. I've come to view Evil as the occasional special guest star everyone is excited to see when she pops up, rather than as a neglected co-star, as some other viewers are wont to do.
