Our youngest daughter is a supervisor for company that provides care givers for people 60 and up, if there's a problem, she investigates and takes whatever action needs to be done to fix the problem, even if it means firing the care giver. Magda would have fired immediately, and my daughter would have called other facilities and reported her.
