They illegally seized my property as soon as he handcuffed me💯 basically stole my phone and illegally detained me and tried fo get me to identify my self but they finally realized i wasnt just some dumb black man and let me go and tried to apologize and they lost my phone when they took it smh its forever gonna be fuck the jakes🖕🏽

This is why Terry v Ohio is dangerous af and needs to be overturned. You seem like you knew your rights a bit. Never ever answer questions, don't ever give up your 4th with out any R.A.S. of a crime is being committed about to be committed or has been committed. They have to be able to articulate the crime. And always always always film the police. It's your word against theirs and we all know who the judge is going to believe

Believe I taught him his rights in the case of Terry vs Ohio this isn't a stop and frisk state. I was in the phone with the police and i was letting him know we don't a f.o.i.a request for the body cam footage.

Hell yeah EP makes me happy you taught him well. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if it is a stop and frisk state or not. If an officer suspects you to be dangerous and he's fear he can do a Terry pat in the name of "officer safety" if I understand correctly. I could be wrong. It's like in a stop and id state you don't have to give up your 4th without RAS. Alot statutes mention they can't I'd without RAS or RAF. They use word play to scare and discourage. Like seeing signs in public saying you can't record in a public building/space. Then signs are null and void without a RC attached. He can do a outside pat but can't go in your pockets. That's only when your detained. He can't walk up too a random person start a conversation then start patting them down during a consensual interaction.

You need to push the issue state laws don't supercede the constitution and you don't have to identify unless suspected of a crime. That's your 4th amendment right.

@Evil Pimp I exercise my 2nd every day everywhere. I've only ever gotten pulled over once in my life. The officer was cool about it. But I'm also white and my city isn't exactly know for being too friendly to minoritys. Sad, but true.
