i’ve never watched any of the hermit craft vids referenced here but i was absolutely hooked from beginning to end. The animation was incredible and detailed to a degree that left me slack jawed the entire time. The music was fantastic. The whole story was comprehensive and extremely captivating even to someone who has no idea what’s going on in hermitcraft like me. There is so much passion and love oozing out of this entire work of art, that it’s stuck a big goofy grin on my face that’s still on me right now. Fantastic work dude, I hope this gets the attention and praise you deserve.

To be honest. This video is such another level of animatin' and renderin'. The style is so unique. I had the feelin' like I have done some sort of substance. This video is so trippy, it is so psychedelic. I had the urge to cry at some point. Just rewatched it and with the knowledge of the message it is so much better. I rewatched, and I got reminded of the amazing and encouraging massage it carries. Now as an older person, I can fully understand it. I don't struggle with depression, but I do struggle with life. Finding in myself the forces to keep going and becoming a better person. We all have a dark side, the lazy, egoist and hateful side, that we need to remind ourselves not to give up to. So practically I'm pretty recent Hermitcraft viewer (started watching thx to third life) and thought I was caught up with the lore at least kind of But then I saw people being annoyed at matpat for stealing a theory of a tumblr user and decided not to watch that video. Then a few hours ago I found the person from tumblr and read through their explanation and then a bit later (about 20minutes ago xD) KZbin just recommended this to me Honestly I didn't know that this video existed at all xD But imma just say my take on this video and what if you think about ccX knowing about this he might be trying to show with EX So practically EX is like currently just using the derpcoin and ccX is trying to teach about the problems with crypto (I hope that that's the correct word) but I think he might also when considering this video be trying to teach about other stuff Like this whole video kind of reminded me of Zuko from ATLA and I think that ccX might be trying to teach that you've to accept that you've done wrong and also that if someone has decided to actually change that you have to help them out as well At least that's what I think, might be completely wrong too tho xD Anyway this is absolutely amazing'
