1) What caught my attention in today's message is that there are waves and storms in our lives and we have to fight against them . 2) I stay calm when I am caught in a storm. The storms in my life are usually people's words and I do not place these words at my center . 3) No, I accept God's peace when I'm in the storm. Accepting God's peace means accepting yourself and forgiving.
