Sun isn’t stupid 😔 Also I do feel such sorrow for Eclipse (current situation notwithstanding). The existential horror and dread he must feel constantly probably weighs heavily on him, not to mention all the other problems from his past iterations. He’s a memory of a memory, and he’s hated for it. He’s all the exaggerated parts of the Eclipse we once knew, but he doesn’t even know half of what he used to. Eclipse continues to be one of the most tragic characters (at least to me)

OKAY, HEAR ME OUT- I understand most people think dusk implanted a bomb into eclipses head and I think he did too, however I think the bomb is a secondary reason if its even a bomb at all. I think it's something so dark sun can essentially use eclipse to get info from his dimension, probably regarding moon considering a lot of the stuff dark sun has is or was for moon (the device that harmed eclipse when he arived, the instalation that eclipse made etc). Dusk will probably do this by seeing through eclipses eyes, essentially allowing him to hear and see all that's going on. Dusk saying that he wants eclipses eyes only adds evidence to my statement. But who knows its probably a bomb too considering the foreshadowing at the start of the vid. Either that or eclipse was just being eclipse and making fun of lunar/luanrs death.

Oh man Dusk sure is a 'villain' I sure am growing to love. (Although he's not actively causing severe trouble to others atm so I don't think he qualifies as a villain yet. Just a sun being aggressive at his methods.) But I like to think Eclipse is solely doing this for Earth at this point. It's not for anyone else that he's bringing Solar back but for Earth. And I think it's gonna be quite a sad ending for him again when he finally finds someone who treats him kindly and he wants to do something kind for them too only to realize bringing Solar back would equal to his own death. The old Eclipses kept telling Sun to grow a backbone, yet the second this iteration meets a Sun who did, he's scared of him. So it is also confirmed that Eclipse is trying to bring Solar back. I knew an important lore episode was coming today, but i was not prepared for this. Now Eclipse is a pet yet again for what ever Dark Sun wants with him.. my guess is to spy on their dimension or something to that extent. The next lore episode is gonna be somethung as i expect it to either be a continuation of this or the events right after this, after he's home. Eclipse may be a nuisance, but he is trying to do something good for once. I really hope Eclipse won't need to sacrifice himself for it...

I am so mad. Eclipse making the joke at the start about Lunar dying made me wanna slap them. Honestly I'm partially glad Dark Sun shocked him on the spot when he came to where he was at, pretty well deserved. Eclipse also getting real humbled by Dark Sun was satisfying, ironic it's Dark Sun that does it since Eclipse has such a low view of Sun in general, bet he feels real stupid now. That aside though, now it seems we got a problem with what Dark Sun decided to install into Eclipse, by the sounds of things.. he wanted to be able to look through his eyes. To be able to monitor what is going on in the other dimension without having to go to it a lot himself unless needed to. He did say he'd prefer to keep to himself unless something interferes with what he's doing with his plans. The fact he's got a start too is something else, just hope he'll stay more to himself for awhile longer. While Eclipse had no choice in the matter, he at least is getting the answer he was seeking by the end of this. Albeit a painful process, but no one said the trials and challenges he'd undergo would be easy.

I just realized something. When Dark Sun spoke to Foxy, he lied about being on a fact finding mission. Getting info was a perk, but his main goal was to set bait. That’s why he was expecting Moon to show up, he knew that Foxy would go tell him everything instantly. He just didn’t expect Eclipse to get the same information from (I believe it was) Vagita. He not only expected to do this to Moon, he set things into motion to almost guarantee it. Key word here is almost.
