This song really has grown on me every time I listen to it. Actually, the Infected Nations album was the same too. I hated it at first, but then slowly changed to loving it over 5 or 6 listens

Dark and deep, just what I need! This album's going to be effing strong ... The song has that "and justice for all" feeling, at least for me, mixed with a taste reminding me of slayer's "south of heaven" and of course that new thrash scene feeling. Evile are making they're way to the top, giving us something new but mixing it with the late 80s might. Keep it up guys!

i saw these guys when my band played with them at the ramona mainstage in california a while back, and thats when i noticed matts going for a more melodic style, even when they played their old songs! so far, so good!

I like what Evile is doing with their music. Its like thrash metal at the core and then they branch out to other styles of music mixed in

This is probably the best year in metal in a LONG time. This year we're getting a new Evile, Megadeth, Antrhax, Machine Head, Control Denied,and Warbringer album! We're getting 6 of 7 Death Albums reissued in 3CD versions! Sodom and Destruction released an album (I mean in the U.S.) this year... Looks like there's gonna be a lot of competition for the grammys this year! Only thing is, I need to listen to more Destruction and Warbringer (still new to 'em) any song or album suggestions?

Awesome!!!! Sounds like this is gonna be my favourite Evile album!!! I really want to support Evile...I was miffed when they said they were running a competition for a support act cause I wasn't in a band =(

Matt Drake's vocals are definitely developing technically. I'm hearing all sorts of little things, including harmonies and vibrato. Good stuff, but gotta say, I'm more a fan of the Araya-esque vocals of Enter the Grave. So long as they don't go super high like Fistful of Metal Anthrax or Watchtower. I like my low, gravelly thrash voices :(.

@VenstaMusic13 жыл бұрын
@gbncsrht I'm looking forward to see your take on Thrash metal. But, this is thrash metal too. Thrash evolved in it's earliest stage.. I mean come one, does early Slayer sound anything like early Anthrax? Slayer was more hardcore punk influenced and Anthrax more NWOBHM influenced. You just have to accept there isn't just ONE type of thrash metal, it's a HUGE genre now.
@xurxo1213 жыл бұрын
I'm expecting A LOT from their next album. I think is time for them to take a new step in their career and go further in song's structure, i would love to listen to more progressive songs. Even the fact of having a Ballad looks great, i think these guys' music have the potential to become much more complex, they can take lots of variations. Looking at the credits of the songs @ wikipedia, u see Matt & Ol's father is credited in one of the songs w/ a guitar solo... the guys are fuckin' cool!!

@jprp999 You can't call kill 'em all light weight man, that was one of the first real thrash records, they were still drawing influence from punk bands around that time, and metal wasn't exactly something many producers were versed in producing yet. You'll notice Bonded by blood sounds the same way, as well as Show No Mercy, Killing is My Business etc. when bands had no money and metal was young the records didn't have a heavy sound. Kill em all is my favorite because it's so raw, and my fav vox
