Lads, for the Yaris, grab a dehumidifier for taking the moisture out. Worked on a flooded car of mine, and works wonders ahead of summer months. You'll be surprised how much comes out. Great new format, still loving your work here in NZ.

I would fix the bits you can do yourself e.g. door handle, boot latch and, I hope, suspension compressor. Check compressor runs then go wild with a soapy solution looking for leaks at joints etc.

I purchased a 3.2 petrol 2005 for 2200 had it for two yrs .mots were no problems and didn't have mot one issue in that time. Doubled my money when sold. Now have a toureg which was cheap . Great car too . Needs a couple of small jobs to do on it stuck back seat belt and a good clean inside. Sorted after that
