Evo is the pinnacle of fighting game competition. And this year's installment gave us its fair share of highlights. But it wasn't all flashy combos and peak performance.

dragon viggo Two of the best bayonetta players of the world made it into grand finals, and decided to not to do nothing becauce they were mad of the constant booing that happend during the entire evo tournament. The reason of all of the rage sadly is because bayonetta is prety powerful in smash 4, having tools no one has(compare it like a android 16 level 3 super but is fast like a jab) , making the game unbalanced and not enjoyable to fight Tbh tho this is a huge problem we have in smash4 not in melee, so is kinda sad that also affects melee too Not to mention that their not their fault, the char is the char, but the players are really nice persons.

I understand why Lima and CaptainZack did what they did. Both of them were being booed when playing (which is also why CaptainZack flipped off ths crowd) I don't support what they did at all I just undersrand why it was done. Both were not thinking of the future, the smash community is already seen as childish, entitled, etc and this just adds onto it.

It honestly was a reflection of the Smash 4 community, and I say this as a Smash player. The Smash community pretty much pushed them to get to this point. However, you're right that they weren't thinking of the future and that it will just adds onto the "stereotype" that the Smash community has, and to add onto that this might have ruined the chances of CaptainZack and Lima to get any sort of sponsorship.
