Vortex gallery imo did a real bad job of advertising the side tournaments so not a lot of people knew about them. Idk there was a DOA or T5DR tourney, let alone when the reg ended till it was too late

@@Ronldbx6 Each groove has different gameplay mechanics tied to it. S-Groove allows you to charge meter, side-dodging and so on, while P-Groove is like SFA3's X-Ism, which allows only 1 special but higher attack if I recall correctly. Each groove is different and I would probably spend way too much time explaining and I may even get a lot of it wrong tbh.

At competition level, only A groove matters (and maybe C). Others don't matter at all, as anyone with those loses against A, as you can see. But the victor will always be A-groove. And for A groove, Blanka and Bison is always given.

ratio is when you choose how many characters you will use, having three will have low hp but you got three different characters, you can also use one or two characters with more hp, having only one is straight up a boss lol And handicap is in almost every fighting game, you can choose to have an advantage or disadvantage, no one uses it though
