Spacers can be dangerous and impair handling as well as cause additional wear, they increase your scrub radius (which reduces braking stability), lever force and kpi (which changes your dynamic toe and therefore cornering characteristics), they also increase bearing wear greatly, the larger the spacer the bigger the effect.
