It doesn't have the stock wing because he has a carbon fiber trunk. He could put the stock wing on the carbon fiber trunk but he would have to drill holes into it which is a bad idea and also it would look whack with the wing and the duck bill style trunk lip.

Those spark plugs looked fine and that's your pvc, meant to recirculate oil back into the engine. Previous owner who actually knew about cars probably put a catch can on it and when he traded it in he took it and didnt replace the stock pvc tube.
