My Singing Monsters is a 2012 video game franchise developed by Big Blue Bubble and published by Canada Media Fund. The first game of the series was released on September 4, 2012 for Apple iOS. Ports of the game for other operating systems were later released, including versions for Android, Amazon Kindle Fire, Barnes & Noble Nook, and Steam. The game was also released on the PlayStation Vita portable console. Since its release, My Singing Monsters has grown into a multimedia franchise, with a prequel, several spin-off games, books, live events and series, and a board game. On May 12, 2021, Big Blue Bubble announced that the series would be releasing its first console title, My Singing Monsters: Playground, on November 9, 2021.

The iOS version of the game was released in Canada on 8th September 2015 and was released worldwide for iOS on September 23rd, 2015. The Google Play Android version of the game was released on September 25th, 2015. The Amazon Kindle version of the game was released on November 21st, 2015, and the Amazon Appstore Android version was released on November 28th, 2015.

Lore dump/context for y’all: Mirror Islands have structures from DoF still there because the mirror islands take place in a separate timeline where structures survived the toll of time. The Crystalline Castles are castles that were built using Crystalline from within said island. The magical castles are a unique case, as their Crystals originate from the Prism Gate, but that a whole different topic. Hope this helped 👌

This can actually show that mirrored islands are just older versions of DoF islands. And also the portal was broken so the monsters could not teleport to outer islands. This means the party island and other ones can be in the Msm universe, but just cannot be found. I dont know, but Msm might make an update about this. The plant, cold and air islands are also one in Dof, but separated in Msm which might explain why they are the first 3 islands Edit:I forgot to explain the castles The castles are just built of the materials of their islands. Example: Air islands castle in Msm is build out of Air islands crystal in Dof. Update: I believe that water island unlocks later in the continent, along with what seems to be earth island. So as in dof, you unlock cold island after plant, then air, then water and then earth just as in msm island order. I hope this clears up anything and I will make more updates if I see new stuff.

Pretty sure the outer islands were actually confirmed to be the same locations as the Magical Islands we have now. The clouds in cloud Island shifted away, and faerie Island took its place. Bone Island is in the same cave as, well, Cave Island. Space Island literally just blipped out if existance according to the monster handlers, and Psychic Island took its place. Can't remember the reasoning for Light Island taking Party Island but you can look all of these up

Ya’know what’s funny? The deconstructor reminds me of the skull cavern from Tinycastle, another elemental breeding game that released almost three months later but is a dead game by now, which is an understatement. I got both of them at the same time and always wondered what would happen if the monsters and creatures were to meet eachother, a man can dream though.

While the Fire Monsters and some others were already in the Living Core some of the Naturals were also sucked in. This also explains where the Mirror Islands got their crystals from even tho its just these Natural Islands

my theory is that the mirror islands are the true islands that the continent was made out of. this also ties to the magical islands. the magical islands are heavily distorted versions of Dof's outer islands. the outer islands have been distorted and the mirror magical may not be fully discovered yet. but they might look only worn down not distorted like the magicals.

Here are what i think: The continet in DOF was the actual mirror islands, as there are so destroyed or gone structures yet to remain, this is possibly due to continental drift, due to the reason islands like party island dont exist in my singing monsters; the portal is broken, possibly the mirror islands had sprouted a fungus to make it what it is now, either representing - the actual continent or - seemingly forgotten lands in outer universes. who knows, this is what i think, so you can pop in what you think in the replys, idk

well the DoF continent splited to become the normal islands but the structures didnt survive the test of time and were completely annihalated meanwhile in another dimension the structures did survive the test of time...but a fungus that apeared to be a pink slime covered the island so the structures where a bit ruined but they didnt become apart of the flora. the outer islands from DoF its a common belief that they where absorbed by the prism gates and out came the titans but thats just a theory all we know is that the outer islands misteriously dissapeared and in the exact same place there was the matching titans and also a few cristals that got built into the magical cristaline castles

I think that dof is an alternative reality and mirror island's are the aftermath but the celestials saved the monsters and copied the islands with protectors the colossals and the original islands sunk and that explains the purple stuff which is the islands underwater mold.

Does this game have lore? Tell me in the replies cause' I'm really confused! The first one has the teleporter from DoF where you can teleport monsters but it's broken now? Also there are Ghazt orbs around there. Question for this one: How did the teleporter break? Why did it break? What are Ghazt's orbs doing around there? The second one features the Garden patch with more of Ghazt's orbs but here it's gone? The scarecrow has lost an eye too, what could this mean? Questions: What happened to the Garden patch? Where did the dirt/soil go? The third one has the Wondermine at not gonna lie, it looks fine! Just getting covered by some rock and more snow but other then that it's fine! (Did anyone else see the rabbit?) Question: Why does the Teleporter and the Garden patch break but this one didn't? The fourth one the Skyship and it has bagpipes on it is completely recked. Questions: If there were boxes inside where would they be? Why did the Skyship break? The fifth one has the Wishing Well but here it has no water even though it says "Water Island" soooo yeah Questions: Why is there no Water even though there is water everywhere here? The sixth one has a volcano and not gonna lie it looks fine too apart from the hand on the right Questions: No Questions 😆 The seventh one is the crystals for the castle and maybe that's why you should collect crystals.
