This is not quite accurate. Bluegrass, known as Scrugg style, is highly melodic and relies on repetition of rolls and pinches. The pinches effectively replaced the strumming with the back of the fingers when frailing overhand or "clawhammer" as you refer to it. Unfortunately this video is a product of synthesized computer models trying to simulate a style of play that is extremely nuanced and complex. It is not obvious to me what you're trying to accomplish or communicate with this video.

The purpose of this video is to demonstrate two of our banjo virtual instruments. It isn't intended to be an exhaustive explanation of clawhammer and Scruggs styles, but merely provide a working understanding for the non-banjo players who might be considering which of our virtual banjo products will best suit their needs. By providing examples to listen to, the intention is that they can get a better idea of how these playing approaches differ tonally, not to mention hearing how different the open-back banjo sounds compared to a resonator banjo. By the way, I checked out your KZbin channel and really enjoyed listening to your playing! Keep up the great work!

@@OrangeTreeSamples Ah, makes sense. Thanks for the clarification. Your video came across my feed and I always make a point of watching content creators I've never heard of or seen in the banjo community. Good luck with your endeavors
