You can’t give the effect to attacks in the opponent main phase to the partitioned digimon, because when the numemon player hard plays the etemon it deletes imperialdramon, and both effects of etemon applies to the same digimon

No, player turn priority on effect trigger. Monzae X triggers first deleting the Dragon Mode and then Etemon on play triggers
