Are these somewhat mixed ready sounds or still need to Eq in the mix ?

Do you need an 88 keys keyboard to play these instruments with all the extra articulations etc.? I see keys mapped at the extremes. I only have a 61 keys controller.

No you don't a bads can't even play 61 keys, so you'll be good with even a smaller midi controller
