It would be good in my Leatherworking shop, any steel dust on Veg Tanned Leather reacts with the Tannins and makes horrid dark marks on the leather. It can be hard to avoid cross contamination from one end of the shop to the other.

It picks up the steel chips real good and also grabs some of the slag dust from my plasma table. It is going to help keep my shop cleaner. I used to use a air hose to clean off machinery and the chips would get into everything. A good shop vac may also help you. Thanks for watching.
