No, that's just a village. Tank entering the village already means that the village is in the middle of a war. It would be better to see the soldiers marching than that.

In my head cannon, the starting house burnt down or damaged beyond repair and the grey building attached behind survived. The kiosk was the entrance to a museum and the town council moved into the new modern facility next door.
