In one on one fights, none of the Flag Smasher super soldiers are able to defeat Bucky. The FAWS series clearly shows that all of his winter soldier skills, strength and reflexes are still intact. Unlike popular belief, Bucky is nerfing / limiting himself so as to not hurt anybody. The club fight scene in Madripoor displays that he can become ruthless if he wants to.

John Walker has a better serum than Bucky so he's more powerful. Iron Man is not that good in hand to hand combat, that's why Bucky was able to fracture Iron Man blaster in Civil War

When was exactly Bucky got his vibranium arm? I remembered when the first time he faces Prince T'Challa (Black Panther), Prince's vibranium ring reacted to Bucky's arm (people said that it happens because they're made from the same material). But in here, he got his vibranium arm after he becomes the White Wolf (given by Wakanda). Thanks in advance. :)

I dont think the ring reacted to it. It was just a close up I think. He got his vibranium arm just before thr battle of Wakanda. He was already white wolf a little bit after the events of Black Panther vs Killmonger or while he rested after his treatment

I'm having this doubt from a long time. If the serum enhanced the physical structure of Steve, then why didn't it enhance the physical structure of Bucky and other super soldiers?
