I like how there’s no overdramatic music when you fail the final attack. Just a simple life lost jingle for Kirby like he’s a simple speck of dirt for the final bosses.

One thing I like about RtDLD is that you can still shake the controller for all of the things that it was used for before, including any prompt to waggle the control stick like at the end of the Magolor Epilogue

Yeah, that's actually what I've been doing out of habit, while playing the game with my friend xD We used to play RTDL on the Wii so often, so when we played the Remake and I used my ProController I've just shaken it without thinking. I actually didn't even knew the new methode until I played alone in Handheld mode x'D

I'm kinda surprised that the games give you extra chances to try again (though there can be some damage) because I always thought that I would be killed instantly if I fail to finish the boss. It feel like it's saying "Whoops, your attempt has been failed! But don't worry, you can try again! Let's do it!".

I love the fact that Kirby just flinches a little to the most Powerful attacks of every boss, as it was nothing to him, and if you die there's no dramatic game over, just an absurd jingle which basically it's telling the player: "Really? You know how powerful Kirby is supposed to be, right? Please get gud".

Its not absurd, its the normal death sound. So it's actually saying "oh no, you've been defeated by this *common* enemy, let's try again!"

I always feel sad whenever I see stuff like this. Think about it... Kirby came so far, fought so many horrors, and came all the way to the very end. Then, just when the future seemed brightest, he fails. He fails his final goal. All the suffering, all the pain, all the blood, sweat and tears... All to nought. ... ...the very thought of such a timeline terrifies me.

You know I can see the button timing being kinda frustrating because the most hardest one that had trouble with was with Fecto Elfilis like all of those buttons that you have to press in the final battle against Fecto Elfilis is just frickin frustrating and if I do get to that one button mashing against Magolor EX and the Master Crown oh boy I’m going to be frickin frustrated if I get to it at that point

It isn’t that hard, you never need to press more than one button at a time. For the stick moving you can just move the stick very fast in any direction. Also you do not need to time it at all

If you hold your ability during all magolor super ability phase and then take out ultra sword, you can finish him with the ability you were holding and Skip the quick time event

I honestly thought there would be a special death or something, like maybe for Magolor the sword would crush Kirby if he failed, and for triple deluxe he would get trapped and suffocate inside of a giant flower, and for the star dream, maybe he could get thrown into space and blow up, for the star allies one he would get obliterated by the giant beam, and for the fecto efillis, the truck would explode inside of him, and for Magolor epilogue, Magolor gets destroyed by the master tree’s blast, I know these would be kinda cruel but would be the price for failing them, plus I think it fits the fact that this is the final boss

Esto puede sonar cursi, pero fallar en estos ataques es más complicado de lo que parece, pero no me refiero a las teclas, si no al sentimiento de "progeso". Es como si todo el camino y la aventura que recorriste no hubieran valido la pena, como si no hubieras obtenido un peogreso en lo absoluto como para vencer el mal. Por eso, vencer siempre es satisfactorio al sentir ese "progreso".
