Kakarot did a lot of scenes justice, like vegeta’s Final Explosion and the first Super Sayian transformation. They majorly fucked up though for not including Vegeta’s Final Flash against perfect cell.

That was the idea when they made dragon Ball fighters: to bring in the more up-to-date characters and moves and to, at the same time, resurrect the 2D effects we know and love. I only wish Omega Shenron was in the game so Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta could fire his "x100 Big Bang Kamehameha" [after kicking the "Condensed Negative Karma Ball" into deep space, making it explode with positive karmic energy (just like in the "Dragon Ball GT" anime)], obliterating him immediately as his "Dramatic Finish". And on the flipside, Omega Shenron's "Dramatic Finish" would be versus Goku (GT): him firing his "Full Power Negative Karma Ball" at Goku, Goku struggling to hold it, then Omega Shenron shoots a lightning bolt into it, causing it to explode and kill Goku (once again, just like in the anime).

Burst Limit had most effort since it looked really good for it's time Awakening was by far the worst because a 2019 game was looking like a 2001 game Dragon Ball: Kakarot definitely looked the best and had the most detail but it's almost expected when it's the latest game

I wathced this episode when i was a kid i tried the galick gun cuz i was scared i would die if i used a kamehameha even without the kaioken technique well when i was a kid i thought the galick gun position was to complex so i thought scew it ill use the kamehameha then my mom came in my room and said "what are you doing it's 12 o'clock in the morning"

FighterZ is by far the best in my opinion. A CLOSE second is DBZ Kakarot. DBZK had a couple elements done better in visuals but the 2D steals it for me in FighterZ
