Trust me, you wouldn't want that Toei was really struggling with animation in the late 2000s to the mid 2010s (as we then saw with early Dragon Ball Super) Not to mention how it would've used the modern Yamamuro designs, which... Ya'know, *suck!*

I think breakers did it the best because of all the 3d titles, that one seems the most seamless in term of the transformation itself. Even Kakarot, as well animated as it is, cuts away from normal vegeta to imply that he transformed rather than show

Kakarot is a story heavy game. It is literally the story of Dragon Ball Z. Sparking Zero is a fighting game so of course it isn't gonna make you watch a drawn out cutscene. They probably didn't even show the full animation but thats besides the point. I don't think anything is gonna top Kakarot's representation any time soon.

Well ofc Z kakarot has a better ape transformation than sparking. Kakarot has the luxury of having high budget pre rendered animations, while sparking zero only showed actual in game animation

Not sure if you’ve played XV2, but the reason why was because in this universe, Goku arrived late due to Turles, so he couldn’t damage Nappa. This means Vegeta couldn’t kill Nappa since he deemed a Saiyan who could not move to be useless. This was to make the difficulty a bit higher too I assume.
