Wow, this is a fascinating topic. Thank you for organizing all difficult concepts into a simple and clear explanation. I searched for many papers explaining how gene amplification is formed in cancer. This video provides a clear answer. I strongly recommend this video. =)

If only we knew how Micro Waves create Macro Wave instead of simple linier path rather in exponential manner both ways, ie positive & negative path as in negative or positive "Synergy" thus ending in either negative or positive "Serendipity" at the end Indeed it is our limitation of both Etomological and Empirical understanding that translates into parochial " Seven Blind Men describing an Elephant"

Consider the noticable differences in size between centromeres a cell and a membrane made from chromosomes , centromeres bind like a o2 molecule adheres to a co2 molecule. Plasma in the bloodstream carry enzymes proteins rbc's wbc's ect they're not inside plasma where the cytoplasm of a cell would be related to plasma or is. Having more plasma in volume it may have been correct to call the bloodstream ' the plasmastream '.

A lot of tissue and vessel damage creates a bigger void causing a blood pocket containing fragraments(debris of what was there) and capillaries filling the void with rbc's and capillary debris or a coiled DNA, protease occurs when the capillary fills the void where a new link is formed releasing the length of damaged capillary

Maybe another way of having ecDNA Maybe the autonomic way of repairing, , when a bronchial sac becomes damaged a void is created where the capillary fills the void leaving a section of capillary that forms 1 new link , capillary is used to start the process of filling the void of the damaged alveoli , damage is cellular debris , capillaries and vessels are membranes or coiled double helix funneling ions and centromeres and rbc's, a vein is made of capillaries where a artery is made of veins and capillaries plasma supports capillaries like a cytoplasm on the outside, the rbc's(enzymes and proteins) inside the capillary passing through the capillary shedding molecules(o2) that adheres to the surface of the rbc recombining with plasma after capillary, autonomiclly regenerating

all of the diet and nutrition people are saying, 'fasting'. autophagy is a huge healer, as well as a clean food diet, and NO SUGAR.
