Halo ce designers were talented ! Even with poor graphic ressources, they managed to make you feel what a plasma pistol may feel like as you could imagine it. Even 20 years after, i am still feeling this sense of mystery. Seeking my way to the mystical forerunner metallic maze, holding my life throuth this small piece of alien technology i grabbed earlier.

The classic sounds have always been memorable and I love it. The H4 charge sound is really helpful in gameplay when enemies charge it though. H2A imo has by far the worst set of sounds for the plasma pistol by far though imo; in general I think H2A has some of the worst sound changes in the series
