The one detail that I loved about Jirachi in Super Mystery Dungeon is that he never confirms that he can grant wishes. He says he might, but he doesn't say he can. This actually fits very well in every Bio in the Pokemon series, as none of its bios actually confirm if it can grant wishes or not. If some of you wanna argue with the Jirachi in the Wish Maker granting Max and May's wishes, it's extremely likely it wasn't using some sort of power to grant those wishes, as the only two wishes it DID grant involved teleportation. (Not counting Butler's sick wish) And while the Jirachi granting Bidoof's final wish IS a stronger argument, it is possible that each game is a separate universe in it, since if a single world had that many problems of that size in it, we'd have an extreme issue.

I believe that Jirachi is a god pokemon who appears only at night and if seen grants wishes!But you cant wish for too much or he will run out of wish fuel and have to go back to the Temple of Jirachi to fuel up again.He also sleeps there during the day!
