There's a question I've had for the past decade: What happens when you have a link battle across FR, LG or Emerald and both opponents have Deoxys? How will their Deoxys be displayed to the other? If viewed from the FR player's screen, will the opposing Deoxys appear as an Attack or Normal Deoxys, but have the stats of the opposing player's Deoxys? I really need to know.

Back when Ruby and Sapphire were new, people thought that there was an event where you could take off from the space centre to go to space and catch a mythical pokemon. Obviously at the time, that wasn’t true. However, it is beyond cool that they actually included it in the remakes, and using the triangle puzzle too… absolutely perfect! Still though, I way prefer Deoxys’ original gen 3 cry… sounded so much better imo.

There's a chance that dragon ascend can one shot deoxys. It happened to me on my playthrough and like you, i didn't know you can rebattle deoxys but i found out later that i can rebattle deoxys again after watching a playthrough on youtube :3

I think this is trend that started with Diamond and Pearl, where if you knock out certain legendary pokemon, they would be available again after some time or after a condition was met, most likely defeating the League again.

Depending how technical you want to get, Ho-oh and Lugia were temporarily considered mythical in gen 3 and Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum as they were only available through event and the GameCube games until Heartgold and Soulsilver were released.

its a bit late, but the answer is that in later games(i think from gen 5 onwards), storyline legendaries have catch rates higher than normal for legendaries. An example would be necrozma in USUM pretty much being caught in the first pokeball without any damage or status effects, even if it is a beast ball

Simple response : He didn't used Cosmic Power before I used my moves in space. He used it before I used my move in Sky Pillar. Cosmic Power raise Defense and Special defense. His nature change since I redid the battle where I beat it without catching it. He got a different nature that could raise his defense. I got one where I catched it in Space and remade another one where I decided to beat it so I can show that you can also challenge it at sky pillar. But you need to defeat the champion so it could appear again.
